West End Live
After Broadway, London’s West End has the richest and most diverse offering of theatre, stages shows and musicals in the world. On Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th June you could have the opportunity to see not just one show but a whole host of them for FREE. In Leicester Square between 12:00 noon and 6:30 in the afternoon there will be performances from the Blue Man Group, Chicage, Guys and Dolls, Footloose, Mama Mia!, The Lion King, Stomp and The Producers.
If that is not enough to get you down to the West End Live event, there will also be dance contributions from The Royal Philarmonic Orchestra, Ain’t Nothin’ But, MTV, Zoo Nation and Sound London.
And on top of that there will interactive exhibits from Madame Tussauds, the Theatre Museum, the British Film Institute, Hamleys, the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery. And the best thing is it’s FREE.
Sometimes these things are too good to be true and the one minus point is don’t expect there not to be a crush, last year 500,000 people went, so we suggest getting there early! Take care and Enjoy. More information click here
