Been struck down by Football fever? Trying to compile your best World Cup team ever? Well help is at hand. A fantastic exhibition of photos from the first World Cup finals till today has just opened in Camden.
At Proud Camden, the photographer John Varley has put together an impressive collection of images. From Uruguay winning the first World Cup back in 1930 through to the last World Cup in Japan & Korea. You will also be able to see legends such as Brazil’s Pele, England’s Bobby Moore or Germany’s Beckenbauer.
The Shoot! A History of the World Cup in pictures is an un-missable exhibition for football fans of all ages. Proud Camden is at The Gin House, The Stables Market, Chalk Farm, Camden, NW1.
