There may not be Glastonbury this year, but there is the Hyde Park 02 Wireless festival.  Music fans are gearing up for next weeks line up that includes headliners The Strokes, David Gray, Massive Attack, James Blunt and Depeche Mode.

Wireless begins on Wednesday, June 21 and carries on till Sunday.  It’s impressive to see how this festival has grown, having been launched only last year.  Two extra stages have been added, sponsored by indie staion Xfm and myspace.com.

Other delights include Belle & Sebastian, Flaming Lips, Beth Orton, Zero 7, Goldfrapp, Super Furry Animals and the Fun Lovin’ Criminals.  Mixing British Indie acts with American rock superstars this will be the best festival to come to London this summer.  Don’t miss out.
