The school London - British Museum arranges an Open Evening Tuesday 24 March.

This will be a great chance to learn and ask everything about their Part Time Evening courses English for Work, IELTS and General English/Cambridge Exams.  The Open Evening starts 18:30 at the school so it is a perfect time for everybody who has to work.

Hey students!

My name is Alexandra and I took the IELTS exam on the 6 December 2008. The exam itself is not the most difficult part. You definitely will be fine if you take the 4 weeks IELTS 20 course to prepare for the exam. The most difficult part of the whole process is to get a place. The following tips will help you to book your place and make your life easier:

• Book your place at the testing centre at least 4 weeks before you would like to take the exam, you have to go to the testing centre yourself

• You can either pay the exam fee (£100) in cash or by credit card but you have to pay it when you go to the centre to reserve your place

• Also when you reserve your place you have to take 2 passport pictures and your passport with you

• On the exam day make sure you be there on time or earlier

• If you don’t necessarily need your mobile phone then leave it at home because you are not allowed to have your mobile phone with you

• Take a pencil and eraser with you

There are 6 testing centres in London. Make sure that you go on their opening hours to reserve your place.
