I’m participating in the Run to the Beat half-marathonto raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institute. The RNLI is the charity that provides a 24-hour lifesaving service around the UK and Republic of Ireland. RNLI lifeguards patrol more than 100 beaches in the UK in peak season and assisted almost 10,000 people last year. They are not supported by the government and 85% of the money raised goes into operations. The £350 raised will go towards helping to fund launches around the UK.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
The RNLI depend on our support, as we do theirs when in distress at sea or on our beaches. So please dig deep and donate now.
