Edinburgh is one of the most beautiful cities in the world - famous for its magnificent castle, stunning architecture and fascinating traditions. In August, the city is transformed for one month, during the Edinburgh Festival, which is the biggest festival of music and drama in the world.
The school is located on Queen Street in the city centre, only minutes away from world-class galleries, theatres and museums. Princes Street, the main shopping area, is on the school’s doorstep.

In Edinburgh there is a really big festival. It is called Hogmanay and it is the world’s best New Year Celebration. In Edinburgh, Hogmanay has evolved into a four day Winter Festival that takes place at the end of December each year (29 December - 1st January). It begins with a Torchlight Procession on the 29th December. The second day it continues with The Catalan Parade and Pipe Band Overture, The Minyons Of Terrassa, L’Avalot Present Dinomaquia and finally the Scottish Ceilidh Stage. The third day you can see the Candlelit Concert, the great Hogmanay Street Party and the New Year Fireworks which starts at midnight. The final day will end with The One O’clock Run and Edinburgh’s Dogmanay. You can’t lose this great festival!
Lunch-time: The School is centrally located on Queen St in Edinburgh, so there is a wide choice of local sandwich and coffee shops from which students may purchase their lunches. The school also provides a list of restaurants with lunch and dinner deals in the centre of town. There are also tea, coffee, chocolate and cold drinks vending machines in the college.
After class time: You can decide to visit many superb museums and art galleries or go to traditional pubs and listen to live music.
