London - Central can offer you Homestay, Student House, Residence, Summer Residence and Hotel. Please note that Twin Accommodation is only available to two students that come together. The school will always try to place their students as close to the school as possible. Sometimes the accommodation is in walking distance or you may have a journey by bus or underground that can take between 10 - 50 minutes. This is quite typical for a journey in London as the city is so big.
Homestay
Homestay accommodation is where you stay with a host in a flat or a house. You can also practise your English when you have breakfast and dinner with the host. There are various different options according to your budget and your individual preferences.

Student House
Student Houses are for students who prefer more independence and would like to cook for themselves. They are located in residential areas (usually zones 2 & 3), on average 30 - 40 minutes from the school. The school does have one student house located just ten minutes walk from the school that is part of International Student House. The student houses consist of individual or twin bedrooms, living area and shared bathroom facilities. You will be sharing with other language students and there will be no native English speakers living with you.

Summer Residence
During the summer students that are coming for shorter stays want more independence and often opt for a centrally located residence. Dinwiddy House is in Zone 1 and is very well situated both for getting to school in the morning and for visiting the shops, bars, restaurants and museums in the centre. Within 5 minutes walk you are at King’s Cross with 6 underground lines and many bus routes to get around the capital. In Dinwiddy you can have your own individual room complete with private bathroom. Students share a kitchen with 4, 5 or 6 other rooms. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils. The flats are serviced once a week; this includes a change of linen and bath towels.

Residences are great places for making friends and meeting lots of people from all over the world. International Students House offers both single and twin furnished en suite rooms. Located next to Great Portland Street you are within walking distance of the school and have all the facilities you could need. International Students House provides a wide range of facilities such as bars and restaurants, cybercafé, fitness centre, a launderette and vending machines. Bed linen and hand towels are provided.

Many language students like to stay in the comfort of a hotel whilst studying in London. The Grange Hotel group, comprising of The Portland, The Buckingham and The Clarendon, is within just a few minutes walk from the school. Included in your stay is continental breakfast.
