English plus Pronunciation
Pronunciation is one of the areas students find most difficult. On the English plus Pronunciation course 1 class per day is focused entirely on improving your pronunciation. You will work on problem sounds in the English language. You will also practise using stress and intonation to help you develop a natural English accent. The rest of the time during this 20 classes Monday to Friday programme is dedicated to developing your Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening skills. You’ll be talking like a native in no time!

General English
This General English course is 15 classes per week and follows a syllabus which focuses on the four English language skills. The programme also includes grammar, pronunciation & functional language. You will be able to use English in practical everyday situations and London - Camden will do their best to make sure you learn the kind of language that will help you succeed in the world today.

Afternoon English
Afternoon English means you have the same course as General English but at a reduced price. The course is 3 classes per day, Monday to Friday, and will improve your Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening skills. Classes take place from 16:00 to 19:00 and are ideal for students looking to discover London in the morning.

TOEIC
The TOEIC exam is a test for people whose native language is not English and measures the everyday skills of people working in an international environment. This efficient one week preparation course takes place several times a year and can be taken alone or added to a general English programme. The exam is taken at the end of the week and the course aims to ensure you have had a chance to practise the type of questions that will arise in the exam.

London - Camden will test your level both with a pre-arrival test and an interview on arrival to choose the most suitable class for you. When it is time to change your level the Director of Studies will test your level outside class time and give you the results the next day. London - Camden classes do not follow an individual course book. Instead, teachers follow a detailed and comprehensive syllabus, and select the best and most appropriate materials for your class. London - Camden teachers often invite their students to tell them what they want to learn, and what they think about their classes. The school does its best to try to meet these needs and interests to ensure that personal learning objectives are met. You will also receive copies of study materials to take home and review. London - Camden will help you to develop good study skills, which include guidance on how to organize your worksheets and keep vocabulary books. They will also monitor your progress via regular in-class testing, and counselling whenever you need it.
