London – Muswell Hill can offer you Homestay, Residence, and Hotel Accommodation. Please note that Twin Accommodation is only available to two students that come together. The school will always try to place its students as close to the school as possible. All our accommodation is within walking distance or a short bus ride from the school to save you time and money travelling and to help you meet up with your new friends easily at weekends or after school.
Homestay
Homestay accommodation is where you stay in a private home with friendly English speaking hosts. This is the most popular type of accommodation because it is a way to experience British culture and practise your English while living in a comfortable home. All the homestays are carefully selected and regularly inspected. When you book your accommodation the school will try to place you in a homestay which meets your requirements as closely as possible. There are various different options according to your budget and your individual preferences.

Residence
Residences are great places for making friends and meeting lots of people from all over the world. Chester House is located only a short walk from the school and offers 125 single rooms all decorated to a high standard. This residence offers many shared facilities such as a large sitting room; TV lounge with satellite TV & video; quiet room; games room with snooker, table tennis & table football; small gym; luggage store room; computers for word processing; internet connected computers and wireless connection; very large garden with tennis & volleyball courts.
The minimum age for residents is 18 years. A bed with bedding, some hanging and drawer space for your clothes, a desk, shelves, a washbasin with hot & cold water, adequate lighting, and two chairs. The bedding is changed every week. You should bring your own towels. You will share the toilets and baths/showers with the other residents. You will have breakfast and dinner every day and also lunch at the weekends. Tea and coffee are provided in all 3 kitchenettes in the residence. There are also refrigerators for you to store snacks and microwave ovens for you to heat up food.

Hotels in London can be expensive and hard to find - especially during the busy summer season. The Best Western Hotel (3 star) is 5 minutes walk from the school, in the centre of Muswell Hill, very close to the shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has 48 well lit bedrooms, a bar, an attractive restaurant and a garden.
