The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the standard evaluation method for International students preparing for entry to UK Universities or other further education institutions. On this course you will learn specific grammar and practise exam techinque in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening to succeed in the exam.

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the standard evaluation method for International students preparing for entry to UK Universities or other further education institutions. On this course you will learn specific grammar and practise exam techinque in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening to succeed in the exam. IELTS preparation also provides a good way of developing your English for use in an academic context - for example, essay writing, note-taking, oral and discussion skills. This course prepares students for IELTS, and includes work on related academic study skills. IELTS examinations are held every month.

Class Size: 12 Students
Minimum Age: 16 years old
Level Available: Elementary - Advanced
Number of Classes per week: 20 Classes
Length of 1 Class: 50 Minutes
Time: 9:00 to 13:00
Maximum course Length: 10 weeks;
Course Start Dates: Every Monday from 4 january-20 december;
Bank Holidays: There are no classes on Saturdays and Sundays, nor on the following public holidays: 1 Jan, 2 & 5 Apr, 3 & 31 May, 30 Aug, 27 & 28 Dec 2010;
Minimum course Length: 4 week;
Included in the course fees: Social activities, Internet, WiFi access, Self-access centre with a range of learning resources and DVD personal players, Computer classroom, Language laboratory, Interactive whiteboard facilities, Library and bookshop, Film projectors;
Total weekly course time: 20 hours. This course meets the minimum 15 hour requirement for Visa Students.
