TOEFL
Taking a TOEFL exam is a requirement if you wish to study at Universities and Colleges where instruction is in English, in particular the USA and Canada. In this course you are given the opportunity to refresh the four key skills of Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening and focus for 4 lessons per week on the TOEFL exam. You will concentrate on exam preparation and practice past papers so you know exactly what to expect.
Aimed at: Students looking to prepare themselves fully for the TOEFL examinations. This course is available to students of Upper Intermediate and Advanced levels. This course is not appropriate for Total Beginners, Elementary, Pre-intermediate and Intermediate levels.
Benefits of doing this Course: During your 4 lessons a week you will learn special techniques such as error detection, identifying similar sounds, increasing answering speeds and identifying common exam questions to help you get the score you need. You will improve your study skills through carefully chosen homework and use of the self-access centre.
Methodology: Coursebook, text book and materials, past examination papers and sitting a timed mock examination so you know what to expect. You are also provided with at least two hours of homework per day in order to continue your learning outside the classroom.

- Bank Holidays: 01/01, 21/03, 24/03, 05/05, 26/05, 25/08, 25/12 and 26/12. During these days the school is closed and you lose the day off your course.
- Minimum Course Length: 2 to 8 weeks
