Can you help me find accommodation?

Yes, whatever your accommodation needs we can help you find a place to stay in London. If you are taking a language course each school has a wide range of alternatives for you to choose from. In addition to these whether you are booking a course or not Answer English also has a number of accommodation options ourselves, check out London Accommodation. These include host families, residences (Summer Only), hostels, hotels and studio flats.

What happens if I don't like my accommodation?

Each school takes great care to try to find accommodation to meet your own individual requirements. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your accommodation we recommend the following. If you have booked your accommodation through one of our language school to speak to the accmmodation officer. If you have booked it through Answer English please Contact Us. Typically if you wish to change your accommodation, you will need to give us one week's notice.

I have very specific requirements - can you help me find the best accommodation for me?

If you have specific requirments we can, if you give us enough warning, meet your special requests. These typically include pet or food allergies, or in the case of homestay families some students may prefer to stay in a house with or without children. Please be sure to let your Student Advisor know as soon as possible.

Can I extend or change my accommodation?

If you have booked a course and accommodation through a language school, if there is availability, you can extend your accommodation so long as you also extend your course as well. If you have booked accommodation through Answer English please Contact Us and we would be delighted to help you.
