How can I book my place on a course?
Booking a course with Answer English is very simple. First find the course that suits you best. If you would like some advice please feel free to Contact Us. One of our student advisors will be delighted to assist you. Then all you need do is follow our 5 Quick & Easy steps:
1. Complete the Booking Form
2. Confirm your selection
3. Enter your personal details
4. Proceed to payment of the £100 deposit
5. Receive your confirmation by e-mail
How long in advance do I have to book my course?
We can take bookings up to the week before the course starts if there is a place available. To be sure of having your first choice course and accommodation it is best to book at least 4 weeks in advance, and even longer during the summer when the schools fill up very quickly. If you would like to know if a course still has availability please Contact Us.
How do I know that my booking has been accepted?
When you pay a deposit online we will confirm your payment by e-mail instantly. If you do not receive payment confirmation please contact our Bookings department. We will then within 48 hours confirm your booking with the school and ask you to make full payment to receive your enrolment letter and accommodation details.
Do I have to book through Answer English or can I book directly with the school?
This is entirely up to you. Answer English does not charge for its services as an agent. The fees you pay for a course are the same (and often better) than if you went to the school direct. We are more than happy to arrange a course for you and you pay the school direct - the price will be the same. However to qualify for all the Answer English Extras and Special Offers you MUST let us know that you are booking with the school direct!Cancellation or Alteration
Why do I need to pay a deposit?
To book a course you must pay either a deposit or the full fees. Once your deposit has been paid and your booking has been accepted, your place on the course is guaranteed.Can I get my deposit back if I cancel my course?
Deposits are only refunded in the case that Answer English and our Language School and Accommodation Partners cannot provide the services booked.Is there anything I can do if I'm not happy with my course?
This rarely happens but, if you are not happy, please Contact Us immediately and we will do all we can to assist you. You may wish to extend your stay in London or change onto a more suitable course. Whatever your needs please speak to one of our team at the earliest opportunity. If you need to cancel your course or accommodation for any reason you are subject to Answer English's and the individual school's Terms and Conditions.Payment
