Studio Flats

Each of the studio apartments is self contained with its own bathroom with bath and shower, and a small kitchen or kitchenette which contains a basic amount of crockery and utensils, a hob, oven and microwave. There is TV with UK terrestrial channels and some additional Sky channels, and a phone in each studio. There is a lift to all floors.

You can access to your apartment 24 hours a day. Wireless broadband is available at a cost of £5 per day, £15 per week or £40 per month. Coin operated washing and drying machines are available for use. A typical studio is 23 squares metres, and 31 squares metres for a double or a twin Studio. Each studio is equipped with double beds except for the twin studio where there is 2 single beds.

Residence - Dinwiddy House

Schüler, die im Sommer für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt nach London kommen, legen oft Wert auf Unabhängigkeit und eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft.

Dinwiddy Haus befindet sich in Zone 1, von wo aus sowohl Schule als auch Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants und Museen im Zentrum sehr gut zu erreichen sind. Zu Fuß braucht man nur 5 Minuten bis zu King’s Cross, wo man Zugang zu 6 U-Bahnlinien und mehreren Buslinien hat.

In Dinwiddy Residenz hat jeder Schüler sein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Küche wird von 4, 5 oder 6 Zimmern gemeinsam benutzt und ist ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien.

1 Mal pro Woche werden alle Wohnungen gereinigt and Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden ausgetauscht.

Residence - Alliance House

Alliance Haus ist ein sehr guter Ort um Menschen von der ganzen Welt kennen zu lernen und neue Freundschaften zu schließen. Diese Residenz bietet Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer.
Alliance Haus befindet sich in Newington Green, eine nette Gegend mit Geschäften, Cafes und Bars. Regelmäßig fahren Busse nach Zentral-London und zum West End.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit Schränken, Schreibtisch und Stühlen. 5, 6 oder 7 Zimmer bilden eine Wohnung und teilen sich die Küche. In jeder Küche gibt es zwei Kochplatten, zwei Kühlschränke und Gefrierfächer, eine Mikrowelle, Geschirrschränke, Küchenutensilien, Teller, Schüsseln und Besteck.

Generator Hostel

Many language students like to stay in a Hostel if they are in London for a short stay, or when moving to London as a relatively cheap option until they move into a shared flat. The Generator Hostel is located in Zone 1, within 5 minutes walk of Russell Square Underground Station. The Generator offers bedrooms accommodating between 1 and 8 people. Shared Flat

We can offer you through our accommodation partner’s good value, reasonably priced shared flats and houses across London. Whether you are a student or professional, on your own or as a couple, we have accommodation for you!

The shared flats or houses are fully equipped and consists of a kitchen complete with cooking utensils, bathroom, WC, washing machine and a number of single or double bedrooms. The rooms are furnished and equipped with: bed(s), cupboard, chest of drawers, TV and a fridge. Every room has its own key.

This type of accommodation is for people from 18 to 29 years old and who come to London to study or work. The minimum stay for a shared flat is 3 months. For a single room the price is between £100 to £130 per week, and for a double one is between £130 to £170 total. This type of accommodation gives you the chance to meet students from all over the world and furthermore you will have the possibility to practice your English after study or working.

NB: Students need to arrive during normal working hours to sign the contract and pick up the keys: Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00 or Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00.
